KAWS: WHAT PARTY

*KAWS: WHAT PARTY *was a survey of 25 years of work by Brooklyn-based artist KAWS (Brian Donnelly, born 1974)—more than 100 works spanning the full range of his practice: early graffiti drawings and altered bus shelter advertisements, notebooks, paintings, collectibles, furniture, and monumental installations of his COMPANION figures, alongside new work made specifically for the exhibition. A catalogue co-published with Phaidon, and designed by 2x4, accompanied the exhibition.
